Fishing Charter Rates
1/2 Day Fishing Trip 5 Hours
June 1 thru September 30 - 5 hours or crew's limit. Fishing trips typically start before Sunrise.
Standard Base Rate: (Covers up to 4 anglers)

-This is our most popular trip. Perfect for families, first-timers, and anglers looking to chase Lake Murray striped bass at their prime feeding times. Your captain provides expert instruction, lake knowledge, and a great day on the water — no experience needed.

Convenience Dock Pickup Policy
For the ultimate hassle-free experience, we can pick your party up directly from your private Lake Murray dock or rental property. Because this requires extra transit time and fuel prior to your charter, the following convenience rates apply:
Base Fee: $25 minimum charge for any pickup within 4 water miles of our seasonal launch site.
Depending on the Fish
February – September: Departures originate from the Irmo Dam Launch.
October – January: Departures originate from Acapulco Landing.
Extended Distance
Extended Distance: For docks further than 4 miles from our launch, an additional $5.00 per mile (one-way) will be added to cover the extra fuel burn and transit time.
Note: Property docks must have a minimum water depth of 3 feet at the time of pickup. If water levels drop below safe operating limits, we will coordinate an alternative public meeting point.
Full Day Fishing Trip 8 Hours
Offered October 1 thru May 30 For serious anglers or groups wanting more time to explore the lake, target bigger schools, and enjoy a full day on the water. More hours means more opportunities and more flexibility in patterning the bite.

Weather cancellations/deposits:
- No one can predict Mother Nature; therefore, Captain Steve reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather. Should a cancellation be required, you will be notified you as soon as possible.
- A $100.00 deposit will be required upon booking your trip. A date will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. This is a non-refundable deposit unless the trip is cancelled by Captain Steve.
- Should you need to reschedule your fishing trip, you must notify me no less than 7 days prior to your scheduled trip in order to use your deposit for a future trip.
All cancellations received less than 7 days of your scheduled trip date will forfeit your $100.00 deposit.
