Close to Lake Murray Dam
Sunflower Inn, 6172 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29212
Come stay at our old plantation farmhouse built in 1800. We are 1/4 mile from Lake Murray and a mile away from Saluda Shoals. Its quiet on this property. You feel like your in the forest of trees. Its truly a beauty and a treat. We also allow up to 2 pets (Inquire if there are more) They will like the enormous yard to play in. Do look up my other listings inside the house, I have a 2 queen bedroom, a king bed/twin bed room and downstairs a king bedroom all shared bathroom.
This house is tucked up above the road. You have your own private entrance with a front door and a back door. Plus its own front porch. The suite has its own bathroom with a shower. We provide coffee and snacks. We do have a little fridge in the room with waters for you to enjoy as well. Plus there is parking as you come up the driveway its on your right. We allow up to two pets. We are on over an acre and half of land. So there is plenty of room for them to run and play. We are super close to Lake Murray and you can walk across the dam. We are a mile away from Saluda Shoals that has tubing, biking, walking trails and a boat launch too. We can accommodate room for a car with your boat attached. Come enjoy our land. See you soon.
I have ample parking on my property in their designated area. Your more than welcome to roam about the property.
I am pet friendly (up to 2 pets) please be respectful and cleanup after your pet, inside and out. Please do not leave your pet unattended if you leave. Animals are in a new environment and can experience anxiety and that's when they start to destroy things.
This is only temporary but need to mention... but as of late, we are experiencing new builds of homes around me so you may tune into hearing some construction noise but I haven't had any complaints about that; I just want you to know it's happening around me. I hear nothing when I'm working around the house.
Bugs.... well who doesn't have em.. there could be a Palmetto bug sighting here and there (seems like the state bird..lol) which are harmless so if you see one, let us know, we will come and remove it. I see them rarely but they do find a way inside. Please don't be alarmed or think there's an infestation because there isn't. Just sayin...lol.
There are a few cats that I have that roam around the my yard, all friendly. My Luke is our official greeter so he most likely will come and say hello.
